What was the last thing you were most proud of your team for?

I’m proud of my team all the time. But what matters to me even more than skills or achievements is how people approach challenges. In Knihobot, I’ve already had the chance to be proud of how the team tackled the Levné knihy project.

What qualities do you look for in your team members?

Drive. Nothing more, nothing less. I want people that love what they do, that are eager to learn, and want to push themselves, others, and the company forward. I believe that passion for doing and learning is worth more than years of experience.
