Applies only to HPP (main employment), DPČ (agreement to perform work) and CONTRACTORS.

How does it all work?

• we offer MultiSport card to all HPP, DPČ and contractors

• if you are interested in MultiSport, contact @Anna Fučíková

  • the MS for the next month is always ordered by the 20th of the month (e.g. it is possible to order the MS for March by 20.2.)

• You can find out where it can be applied here

• you can loging to your account here

• the card is only digital (you can find it in your account) - if you are interested in a plastic one, contact @Anna Fučíková (but expect activation to take longer)

• the accompanying Multisport costs 1,600 CZK for an adult / 500 CZK for a child under 15 years of age - if you are interested, contact @Anna Fučíková (only one accompanying MS can be claimed)

How much do I pay?

CZK 950 for HPP and DPČ and CZK 1,050 for contractors.

How to cancel MS?

If you wish to cancel your MultiSport card, you must contact @Anna Fučíková no later than the 25th day of the month in which you want to use the card for the last time.

The cancellation will take place on the last day of the given month, and from the following month the card will no longer be active. For example, if you want to cancel the card from April, you must notify it by March 25 at the latest.

Is reactivation possible?

Yes, but only after 6 months (you cannot have a card for one month, not the next, then yes again, etc..)
