📌
If you come across a kanban of any color, place it in the kanban holder – someone checks the kanbans once a week and restocks what's needed and where.

Kanbans are signs you may come across at work. We use them for restocking materials—simply to make sure nothing is missing (like toilet paper in the restroom).
Kanbans come in 2 colors:
- Pink (indicate that a new stock needs to be purchased)
- Yellow (indicate that something from the existing stock needs to be replenished)

Why?
It ensures smooth and timely restocking of materials.
- Example:
- For toilet paper, the last pieces are separated with a kanban
- When you find it, it will say where to put the kanban so restocking can happen
- This way, you won’t run around confused trying to find more toilet paper
- You won’t be dealing with it in the moment when it’s already completely gone 💩
What to do when you FIND a KANBAN?
Follow the instructions written on it → throw it into the kanban holder
- It includes instructions for external ordering (you can ignore these—they’re for the person in charge of ordering/restocking)
